Description
‘Heading out’ is inspired by the shapes of harbours, the surrounding landscape and the feeling of leaving a small space for vastness. I love abstracting some shapes but still leaving with painting with a complete sense of the landscape it portrays. ‘Heading out’ is a large acrylic and pastel painting on unframed, stretched canvas, finished with satin varnish. The edges are painted in blue and it is signed, dated and ready to hang. Dimensions are 100cm square with a frame depth of 4cm.
